The World's Smallest Ethno-Museum is exactly the sort of odd local collection that can make a short detour memorable. Simeon Zlatev-Mone, a villager near Tetovo, has gathered pottery, folk costumes, tools, furniture, jewellery, and other household objects over decades and displays them at his family home.
Do not expect a formal museum with polished interpretation. The value is in the personal scale of the collection and the glimpse it gives of village life in the Polog Valley.
