Oost-Indisch Huis was Delft's chamber of the Dutch East India Company, one of the local offices that tied the city to the VOC's global trading network. The building is mainly an exterior stop today, but it adds a useful layer to a walk through Delft's old centre, especially around the canals south of the Markt.
