Remuh Cemetery is Krakow's old Jewish cemetery, founded in the 16th century beside Remuh Synagogue. It served the Jewish community of Kazimierz until the newer cemetery on Miodowa Street opened around 1800.
The compact cemetery is a moving stop in Kazimierz, with old matzevot and memorial fragments that connect the district's synagogue streets with its long Jewish history.
