Marine Cemetery

Vladivostok's Marine Cemetery is a historic burial ground with memorials to sailors, soldiers, and explorers tied to the city's Pacific history. Graves and monuments here include members of the Czechoslovak Legion, British and Japanese military dead, seafarers, and the Russian explorer Vladimir Arsenyev.

It is a quiet, reflective stop rather than a polished attraction, best suited to visitors interested in Vladivostok's military and maritime past. The cemetery also gives a sense of how international the port city became in the late imperial and early Soviet periods.
