Jakab Palace is a pseudo-Gothic landmark near Košice's old town, built in 1899 by entrepreneur Arpád Jakab. Its romantic facade was partly constructed with stone left from work on St. Elisabeth Cathedral.
The palace is mainly an exterior sight, but it is one of the more distinctive buildings just off Hlavná Ulica and makes an easy stop while walking the centre.
