The oldest tavern in Málaga, founded in 1840 and barely changed since: marble counter, wooden barrels stacked behind the bar, no chairs. You stand, you order one of two dozen local sweet and dry wines straight from the cask, and the barman chalks the bill on the wood in front of you. A glass costs €1.50 to €3. Pair with a small plate of gambas or boquerones.
