The Norrköping Concert Hall is home to the Norrköping Symphony Orchestra, one of Sweden's strongest regional orchestras with an international touring profile. The hall is housed in a converted mill building in the Industrilandskapet, and the combination of industrial brick and modern acoustic treatment has produced one of the best concert spaces in the region.
The orchestra's season runs from September to May, with the programme mixing Scandinavian composers, standard classical repertoire, and contemporary commissions. Guest conductors and soloists of international standing appear regularly. Summer concerts are sometimes staged in the open air in the industrial landscape.
