The Quarry Rock hike climbs through forest near Deep Cove, passing cedars, small waterfalls, and wooden bridges before reaching an open rock viewpoint.
The reward is a broad view over Deep Cove and toward Burnaby Mountain. Allow about 45 minutes each way, and expect company on the trail in good weather.
