Lochside Regional Trail is a 29-km multi-use route linking the Swartz Bay ferry area and Sidney with the Galloping Goose Trail in Saanich. Most of it is paved, with a mix of separated path, quiet roads, and rural sections.
For visitors, it is most useful as a cycling route between Greater Victoria, the Saanich Peninsula, and ferry connections. Plan the distance and return transport before setting out.
