Smokey Hollow Waterfall, also known as Grindstone Falls, is a small but photogenic waterfall in Waterdown, reachable from the Burlington-Hamilton edge. It gives the Burlington area a quick Niagara Escarpment nature stop without needing a full hiking day.
The waterfall is popular and the surrounding trails and parking can be pressured, so follow posted access rules. It is best as part of a broader escarpment walk or scenic drive rather than a standalone destination.
