Berkeley Rose Garden is a terraced public garden north of the UC Berkeley campus, with rose beds set into the hillside and broad views toward San Francisco Bay. It is especially good around sunset or during the main bloom season.
The garden is a quiet detour from the campus and Gourmet Ghetto area, and pairs easily with nearby Indian Rock Park.
