A Queen Anne Victorian built in 1891 by James Pritchard, a banker and merchant who built much of early Titusville. The two-story frame house — turrets, wraparound porch, decorative shingles — remained in the Pritchard family until 2005, which is part of why it survived intact while most of its neighbours were torn down.
The North Brevard Historical Society now operates it as a house museum, restored to its early 1900s appearance with original family furniture. Tours run on a limited schedule, generally weekend afternoons. The house is the most architecturally interesting building in central Titusville and a good companion to a downtown walk.
