A larger waterfront park immediately north of the Max Brewer Bridge, with picnic shelters, a boat ramp, a small fishing pier, and miles of unobstructed view across the lagoon toward Kennedy Space Center. Like Space View Park, Sand Point fills with launch spectators; outside launch days it is quiet and good for an afternoon walk.
The park has the best public boat launch in Titusville and is a popular put-in for kayakers heading into the Indian River Lagoon or the canals of Merritt Island. Restrooms and a few snack vendors operate on busier days.
