Most visitors come to Titusville for one of two reasons: to watch a rocket launch from the closest publicly accessible viewing point, or to use the city as a base for Merritt Island, the Canaveral National Seashore, and Kennedy Space Center. The town itself has a small historic district and a couple of decent museums worth half a day.
