Buncombe County Courthouse

Buncombe County Courthouse is one of downtown Asheville's strongest civic buildings, completed in 1928 with a Neo-Classical Revival interior and a stepped exterior that catches the eye from Pack Square. Even a quick look inside shows off the marble stair, bronze and glass screens, and ornate plaster ceiling.
