NEO is a public two-year community college founded in 1919, on a green campus on the eastern side of Miami. It is the only college in Oklahoma to offer a degree in farrier science — horseshoeing — and is well known for its rodeo team and equine programmes.
For visitors, the main attractions are the small Dobson Memorial Museum on campus and the chance to time your visit with a home rodeo or basketball game, both serious local events.
