Guaratuba is divided between two waters — the open Atlantic on one side and a wide, calm bay on the other — and most of what there is to do here is connected to one or the other. Boat trips on the bay, walks in the Atlantic Forest of the surrounding national park, oyster lunches at Cabaraquara, and long flat beaches make up the bulk of a visit.
