The Estadio Sausalito sits on the edge of a small lake at the inland end of the city and is the home of Everton de Viña del Mar, one of Chile's oldest football clubs. The stadium was rebuilt for the 2015 Copa América and has a capacity of around 22,000.
It is one of the more attractive grounds in Chile thanks to the surrounding park and lagoon, and a match at Everton — especially a clásico porteño against Santiago Wanderers from Valparaíso — is a good way to see local life away from the seafront.
