A waterfall set in bamboo forest 5km west of town, La Cascade is a cool, green escape from the heat of Man. The setting is pleasant — a curtain of water dropping into a pool, shaded by dense bamboo — and the walk in from the road is short. Accessible by road and a brief walk, it is the most easily reached of Man's natural attractions and a popular first excursion for visitors.
