☰Elegushi Beach

Elegushi Beach (sometimes called Elegushi Royal Beach) is a privately-owned stretch of Atlantic sand on the Lekki Peninsula, about half an hour east of Victoria Island in clean traffic. It charges an entry fee, has thatched bars, music turned up loud, suya stalls, plastic chairs in the sand, horse rides for the children, and parties most evenings. Loud, fun, very Lagos. The surf is rough — don't swim.
