Perdana Park is a landscaped public park in Kota Kinabalu's Tanjung Aru area, useful for a relaxed walk before or after time at the beach. It has paths, lawns, and a central fountain that draws families in the evening.
This is not one of Sabah's wild nature experiences, but it does show the city's everyday recreational side. It is best after the heat drops, when the park fills with joggers, children, and people waiting for the lights and water display.
