Cafe Flo is the long-established French-leaning bistro in Kohsar Market, a favourite of the embassy and NGO crowd for over a decade. The menu mixes French and Italian — quiche, steak frites, pasta, salads, a respectable cheese board — and the wine list is a non-alcoholic-only affair but otherwise unusually serious for Pakistan.
