Vakif Bedesten Kapali Bazaar is Amasya's covered market, dating from 1483 and still used for everyday trade. The shops are not especially exciting, but the building is part of the old Ottoman commercial fabric of the town.
It is worth a quick browse while walking between the riverside mansions, mosques, and the rock tombs above Amasya.
