Seğmenler Park is a green valley park in Çankaya, close to embassies and residential streets. It is one of central Ankara's better places for a relaxed walk, with lawns, trees, footpaths, and a more local rhythm than the city's major monuments.
The park is most useful as a breather between museum and government-district sightseeing. Locals come for picnics, dog walks, and weekend gatherings, so it gives a quick sense of everyday Ankara as well as shade and open space.
