Cabbage Tree Bay is the quieter curve of water just south of Manly Beach, with a small beach, rocky shore, and easy cliffside walks. It is a better place for a slow swim or a family afternoon than for surf, and the views back along the coast make the walk worthwhile even if you stay dry.
