Stenbock House stands on Toompea Hill as the seat of Estonia's government. It was built in the late 18th century as a courthouse and later became a noble residence before taking on its modern state role. The building is mainly an exterior stop, but its pale classical facade and hilltop setting make it a useful addition to a Toompea walk.
