Stroomi Beach is one of Tallinn's everyday summer beaches, set in Pelgurand on the city's northern shore. It is not as postcard-famous as Pirita, but it gives you sand, open water, big skies, and a very local crowd when the weather finally turns warm.
Come for a walk, a swim in season, or sunset light across the bay. It is a good reminder that Tallinn is a Baltic coastal city as well as a medieval old town, and it is easy to combine with exploring Kalamaja or the northwestern neighbourhoods.
