Perigiali, also known as Kara Orman, is a long sandy beach east of Kavala. It has a few beach bars and places to eat, plus the usual summer setup of umbrellas and loungers.
The beach can feel a little neglected, but it is still a practical nearby option when you want sand and sea without leaving Kavala for a full-day beach trip.
