A gliding aeroclub in Valbrembo, just north of Bergamo, offering introductory flights and courses for both Italian and international glider pilot licences. The club operates from a small grass airfield with views toward the Orobie Alps -- on a clear day, the panorama from a glider is spectacular.
The clubhouse has a pool, tennis courts, a bar and restaurant, making it a pleasant spot even if you're just watching the gliders come and go.
