From the centre of Canazei a chairlift climbs east to Col dei Rossi, also called Belvedere — a wide grassy ridge with arguably the best view of the Marmolada in the whole valley. In winter it's the start of the orange (clockwise) Sella Ronda loop; in summer it's an easy walk with a couple of mountain huts serving canederli and apple strudel.
The ridge continues along an easy ridge trail toward Pordoi, with views over the Marmolada and back into the Val di Fassa. Suitable for families.
