Konoba Bokun

Konoba Bokun is the kind of small, deliberately understated place that justifies wandering away from the main squares — a single low-ceilinged stone room with a dozen tables, run by a Kotor family who fish for some of what they serve. The menu is short and entirely Montenegrin: smoked sardines on rye, octopus salad, grilled fish of the day, slow-roasted lamb on Sundays.

Bills are gentle by old-town standards (€20–30 a head with wine). Open lunch and dinner; book in summer or you will be told to come back tomorrow.
