Geldrop Castle began as a 14th-century castle, though much of the present building dates from the 17th century and later 19th-century alterations. The surrounding English-style gardens, children's farm, and herb and vegetable garden make the grounds useful even when the castle interior is closed. Interior visits are limited, with the broadest opening hours in summer.
