Windmill de Roosdonck is an 1884 flour mill standing in open fields north of Nuenen, close enough to Eindhoven to work as a short countryside detour. Much of the machinery remains original, and volunteer millers sometimes open the mill and explain how it works.
It is a small, traditional Dutch sight rather than a major attraction. Pair it with a Nuenen walk if you are tracing Van Gogh country around Eindhoven.
