Auditorio Alfredo Kraus is Las Palmas' main concert hall, built in the 1990s beside Las Canteras beach. Designed by Óscar Tusquets, it is notable for its ocean-facing position and the large window behind the stage, which turns the Atlantic into part of the setting.
Even without a ticket, the building is worth noticing while walking the western end of Las Canteras. For classical music, festivals, and large cultural events, it is one of the city's key venues.
