Museum of Ethnography

The Museum of Ethnography holds collections from around the world, with a strong focus on Indigenous cultures and material culture outside Europe. A Haisla totem pole stands outside the museum, made in the 2000s as part of an exchange connected to an older pole once held in Stockholm.

It is a good choice for visitors who want a quieter museum day away from the busiest Djurgården sights, especially when paired with the nearby museums on the same side of the city.
