Dovbush Path

A short interpretive forest trail starting near Probiy Waterfall and looping for about two kilometres through old beech forest above the gorge. The path is named for Oleksa Dovbush, the eighteenth-century outlaw who according to local tradition used these woods as a hideout, and is marked by carved wooden sculptures of Dovbush and his band along the way.

Easy walking, gentle ascent, well-shaded — a good half-hour outing in summer when the riverside is crowded. Free to access; the trailhead is a five-minute walk from the craft market.
