Parque de los Enamorados (Lovers' Park) is a small neighbourhood square in El Cerro surrounded by 19th-century buildings and shaded by ceiba and royal palm trees. The park functions as a social hub in the evenings when residents of the surrounding streets come out to sit and talk. There is a small bandstand that occasionally hosts live music.
The park is pleasant and unhurried, representative of the pace of life in El Cerro away from the baseball stadium. A good spot to sit for an hour and watch the neighbourhood go about its business.
