The RiverFront is Omaha's renewed downtown green space between the city centre and the Missouri River. It links the former Gene Leahy Mall, Heartland of America Park, Lewis and Clark Landing, and the route toward the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge.
The area works well for an easy walk, especially if you want views across the river to Iowa. There are lawns, paths, play areas, performance spaces, and an observation deck, so it is one of the better family-friendly stops in central Omaha.
