Taylor Creek Trail is the signature hike in Kolob Canyons, following a creek into a narrow red canyon past two early 20th-century homestead cabins. It ends at Double Arch Alcove, where the sandstone wall curves overhead in a huge stained recess.
The trail is longer than Zion's quick viewpoint walks but gentler than the main canyon's exposed climbs. It is a fine choice when you want Zion scenery with fewer shuttle lines and less drama underfoot.
