Sol Duc Hot Springs is a developed soaking area in a forested valley west of Lake Crescent. It is not a wilderness secret, but a hot pool feels very good after a wet Olympic hike.
The nearby trail to Sol Duc Falls is the better nature experience. Pair the two if you want a soft day that still feels firmly inside the park.
