Córdoba is a young city — the university enrolment is among the largest in Argentina — and the bar scene reflects that. Nueva Córdoba and Güemes have the densest clusters; Centro has the historic cafes. Argentines eat late, so bars generally start to fill around 11pm and run until dawn on weekends. The local craft beer movement has grown rapidly in the last decade.
