Bicentennial Lighthouse

A modern 102-metre concrete tower built for Argentina's bicentennial in 2010, on the edge of Sarmiento Park. The viewing deck near the top is the highest publicly accessible point in the city and gives a good orientation to the layout of Córdoba and the Sierras Chicas on the western horizon.

The tower is open afternoons and evenings, lit in changing colours after dark. Entry is cheap; the lift takes a minute or so.
