Evita Fine Arts Museum

A small but rewarding fine arts museum housed in the early 20th-century Palacio Ferreyra, a French academic mansion on the edge of Sarmiento Park. The building was the family home of one of Córdoba's wealthy industrial dynasties and was bought by the province in 2006 to house the collection.

The galleries span four floors and concentrate on Argentine art from the 19th century to the present, with strong holdings of Antonio Berni, Lino Enea Spilimbergo, and Emilio Pettoruti. The mansion itself is half the appeal — original wood panelling, marble bathrooms, and an oval ballroom.
