The weekend artisan market that fills several blocks of Calle Belgrano in Güemes with stalls of locally made crafts — leather, silverwork, mate gourds and bombillas, ceramics, jewellery, and woven textiles. Saturday and Sunday afternoons and into the evening.
Prices are reasonable and most stallholders are willing to bargain a little. Quality varies; look for the leather and silver work, which is genuinely good. Buskers and street performers add to the atmosphere.
