A restored 19th-century townhouse on the north side of Plaza Independencia, donated to the province by the Padilla family. The single-storey house with its central patio is a textbook example of upper-class Tucumán domestic architecture from the post-independence decades.
Inside is a small museum of period furniture, porcelain, and silver assembled by the family over three generations.
