The Canton-Hong Kong Strike Memorial Museum covers the 1925-1926 strike that paralysed British Hong Kong and Guangzhou for more than a year. It was one of the largest labour actions in modern Chinese history.
The museum occupies the former strike committee building, so the site itself is part of the story. It is a focused stop rather than a broad city museum, but worthwhile if you are tracing Guangzhou's revolutionary and labour history.
