Xiaobei, also called Siu Bak, is one of Guangzhou's most international neighbourhoods, with Chinese, English, French, and Arabic signs around Baohan Zhijie. It is best explored on foot for its Middle Eastern, Uyghur, and African-influenced food streets and shopfronts.
