Kirti Stambh is a slender victory tower near the older core of Vadodara, built under the Gaekwad rulers and still useful as a visual marker when exploring the city around Mandvi Gate and Khanderao Market. It is not as absorbing as Laxmi Vilas Palace or the museums, but it belongs to the same civic story of princely Baroda asserting itself through architecture.
Stop here while walking or driving between the old gates, markets, and university area. The monument is quick to see, but it helps tie together Vadodara's street-level heritage, where traffic, bazaars, and royal-era landmarks sit almost on top of one another.
