Nashipur Palace was built in 1865 by King Kirtichand Bahadur. The palace compound includes the Ramachandra Temple and Lakshmi-Narayana Temple, with the Mohandas Ashram and Jafraganj Deorhi close by.
It is a useful addition to a Murshidabad heritage route, especially when paired with Hazarduari Palace, Nizamat Imambara, and the other palace-era sites nearby.
