The tomb of Azimunnisa Begum is tied to one of Murshidabad's darker local legends. She was the daughter of Murshid Quli Khan, and stories about her death have made the tomb a small but memorable stop among the city's Nawabi-era sites.
It is best visited as part of a wider circuit around Hazarduari Palace, the imambara, and the nearby mosques and tombs.
